Build 16139: Patch 5.1 PTR New Products, Spell Changes, and Symbols

The 5.1 Official Patch Notes went up earlier today and we're starting to datamine new additions!

Our PTR site is live and we have the latest additions up!

Many of the spell changes below are not actually new--they're hotfixes we'e covered over the past month that are just getting officially changed now. There are a few neat things we want to highlight though!


Several new scenarios were added, including one for Black Temple! Others include A Little Patience with Varian, helping Vol'jin in Vol'jin Ambush Scenario, a naval battle in High Seas Scenario, and Krasarang Wilds.Many Season 13 items were datamined: Tyrannical Gladiator's Barrier.An achievement for 150 mounts has been added, We're Going to Need More Saddles, and the reward will be Jade Pandaren Kite.The Patch Notes talked about new faction--two tied to new Alliance/Horde daily quest hubs, and others related to the Brawler's Guild, a test of solo dps: Operation: Shieldwall, Dominance Offensive, Brawl'gar Arena, Bizmo's Brawlpub.Part of the reward for WoW's 9th Anniversary is in: WoW's 9th AnniversarySafari Hat speeds up your battle pet leveling!Battle-stones, a new feature in 5.1 that will let you upgrade the quality of various pets, were added like Flawless Magic Battle-Stone. Blood Boil: Boils the blood of all enemies within 10 yards, dealing 712 to 8693473 to 4244 Shadow damage. Crimson Scourge: Increases the damage dealt by your Blood Boil by 40%10%, and when you land a melee attack on a target that is infected with your Blood Plague, there is a 10% chance that your next Blood Boil or Death and Decay will consume no runes.Heart Strike: Instantly strike the target and up to two additional nearby enemies, causing 115%105% weapon damage plus 592545 on the primary target, with each additional enemy struck taking 25% less damage than the previous target. Damage dealt to each target is increased by an additional 15% for each of your diseases present.

Must be behind the target. Awards 1 combo point. Solar Beam: You summon a beam of solar light over an enemy target's location, interrupting the target and silencing all enemies under the beam while it is active. Solar Beam lasts for 108 sec.Starsurge: You fuse the power of the moon and sun, launching a devastating blast of energy at the target. Causes 3732 to 5147 (+ 213.3%3844 to 5302 (+ 219.7% of SpellPower) Spellstorm damage to the target and generates 20 Lunar or Solar energy, whichever is more beneficial to you.

Consumes all Arcane Charges. Arcane Barrage's damage is increased by 22% per Arcane Charge, and it hits 1 additional nearby target per Arcane Charge for 50% damage.
